Who we are
Precision Fitness provides personalised fitness and nutrition plans through precisionfitness.uk. Precision Fitness is the trading name of sole trader Mr Tadas Ivanauskas, 163 Eastern Avenue, Peterborough, PE1 4PU, United Kingdom. Contact: hellonewangle@outlook.com.
Information we collect
We collect identity and contact details, age, sex, height, weight, goals, exercise experience, available equipment, food preferences, lifestyle information and questionnaire answers. If you choose to tell us about an injury, health condition, pregnancy, medication or physical limitation, that is health information and receives additional protection.
Why we use it
We use ordinary personal information because it is necessary to take steps at your request and perform our contract with you: accepting your order, creating your plan, delivering it, supporting you and keeping essential transaction records. We use health information only with your explicit consent, to make the plan safer and more appropriate. We do not use questionnaire health information for advertising or automated decision-making.
Storage and sharing
Questionnaire responses are stored in access-controlled website infrastructure. We may use service providers that host the website, process payments or deliver transactional email. They may process information only to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Draft position for review: questionnaire and plan information is retained for 12 months after delivery so we can support the plan and resolve queries, then deleted or anonymised unless law requires longer retention. Payment and accounting records may be retained for up to 6 years.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object where applicable. You may withdraw explicit consent for future use of health information at any time by emailing us. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful, but it may mean we cannot create or support a suitably personalised plan.
Complaints
Contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Security and changes
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards. No online system is entirely risk-free. We will update this notice when our services or suppliers change.
