About these terms
These terms apply when a consumer purchases a £45 personalised 12-week fitness and nutrition plan from Precision Fitness, the trading name of sole trader Mr Tadas Ivanauskas, 163 Eastern Avenue, Peterborough, PE1 4PU, United Kingdom.
The service
After payment, you complete a questionnaire. We manually review your answers and create a personalised workout programme and nutrition guidance. This is general educational guidance, not medical diagnosis, treatment or regulated dietetic care. The plan is normally delivered by email within 24 hours after we receive a complete questionnaire. If information is missing, the delivery period begins when the required information is supplied.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate, complete information, use an email address you can access, review the safety disclaimer and stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, faintness or unusual symptoms. You must seek suitable professional advice where the disclaimer says this is appropriate.
Price and ordering
The total price is £45 as a one-off payment. There is no subscription. An order is accepted when we send confirmation after successful payment. You will have an opportunity to correct errors before paying. Optional extras will not be added without express agreement.
Personalisation and delivery
The plan is created for the named customer using the submitted answers. It is for personal, non-commercial use and must not be resold, republished or shared as a template. We may contact you for clarification. Delivery times are estimates where events outside our reasonable control intervene, but we will tell you promptly and provide the remedies required by law.
Results
Results vary with adherence, health, starting point, sleep, stress and other factors. We do not guarantee a particular amount of weight loss, muscle gain, performance improvement or timeframe.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the right to services performed with reasonable care and skill and remedies for content or services that do not conform to the contract. Cancellation and refund information is set out in our separate policy.
Liability
We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses where you purchased as a consumer.
Changes and law
The terms in force when you order apply to that order. These terms are governed by the law of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local UK courts.
